Terms & Conditions

  • When advertising with You Sell Your Property, “You” (The Customer), are entering in to an agreement between yourself and “Us” (You Sell Your Property – The Advertiser).
  • You agree that you have read the terms and conditions.
  • You agree that you are the legal owner of the property being advertised “For Sale” or “To Let”
  • You must provide information that is accurate and not misleading to anyone.
  • We are not liable for checking that any information you supply is accurate, when advertising with us.
  • If you are working with an estate agent as well as You Sell Your Property, it is your responsibility to check that any contract agreement you have with the estate agent does not prevent you from advertising with You Sell Your Property.
  • You agree the fee will be charged in advance.
  • If you select option 4, we will contact you to arrange an appointment. Canceling this appointment must be before the day of the appointment, otherwise you will be charged in full.
  • The fee stated covers 1 property.
  • There are no restrictions in the number of properties you are allowed to advertise, with You Sell Your Property.
  • You agree you will inform us once your property has been Sold / Let.
  • You Sell Your Property are not responsible for carrying out viewings or setting the value of your property. Both of these need to be carried out by you.
  • We will place your property on our site and our partner’s sites for the period of time stated in the option you have selected. Once this period of time has expired, your property will be removed automatically.
  • Once your property has Sold or Let, You Sell Your Property has the right to display your property on our site for as long as we choose.
  • You will be provided a board where requested.
  • You are liable for checking with your Local Planning Authority, to find out whether displaying the For Sale / To Let board meets their regulations.
  • When deleting your property from our site, you will be asked if you are sure you want to continue deleting your property. Once you confirm you wish to do so, there is no way of retrieving it. Therefore if you delete you property by mistake and wish to re-advertise it, you will have to do so by placing a new ad.
  • You Sell Your Property are a member of the Data Protection agency, and will treat your information will the strictest of confidence. No personal information will be passed on to any other third parties.
  • If you wish to cancel, you can do so by emailing or writing to us, within 24 hours of placing your advert.
  • After 24 hours, no refund will be given.
  • Our liability will not exceed the advertising fee received from “You” (The Customer).
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Unless otherwise stated all prices mentioned on the website include VAT.
